EU-General Product Safety Regulation

From today, we only ship our TCPremix products and supplements to our EU customers.
We are very sorry but have decided that we do no longer ship items other than our TCPremix products and supplements to EU customers. All our non-food items (pet toys, pottery, cards, cosy home items etc.) cannot be ordered from outside Germany any longer due to the "General Product Safety Regulation" come into force by 13. December 2024. It is required that for all non-food items safety informations must be made available in the respective national language of the EU customer. No matter if you purchase a postcard or a pet toy. We simply just can´t do it. We understand that this is really frustrating, but we hope for your understanding.
