EU Delivery Information


DHL and German Postal Service are our logistic Partners for EU orders, and all orders ship from our warehouse in Germany. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday usually within 24 hours after your payment has been received. For shipping within the EU, delivery time is about 4-7 working days, depending on the country you are ordering from.

How long do parcels take to arrive?
We may ship your order upon receipt of payment at the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 10:00h in the morning. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select, but we will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible.

All orders ship Deutsche Post (German Postal Service) or DHL and can expect to reach their EU-destination in 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
We are sorry but, for various reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Split Orders
Please note that we are unable to split orders. So if any items are unavailable we will hold your order until we can deliver all of the items in one order. If you require an item that is in stock quickly, please place a separate order for this particular item.

Returns
The purchase of TCPremix and any supplement is a final sale. For quality control, we do not re-sell returned items, and therefore cannot accept returns on our TCPremixes or any supplement product. For further info, please read our General Terms.

Taxes and import duties
All orders are shipped from Germany. Please note, that you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. We don’t have any control over customs and import taxes and do not know how much you will be charged. This varies depending on the country you are ordering from. Should you wish to cancel/return your order, these charges will not be refunded by us. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Customs may open and inspect packages. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
